  I love the Forrest. It's so beautiful . An amazing drive - in the middle there is an amazing tree Tane Mahuta with toilets . Of course :) make sure you keep on the beaten path and clean your shoes at the stations to prevent Kauri tree rot disease from spreading especially if you have been on other tracks

  Amazing being able to walk just a minute or 2 off the road to see that tree. Plus the Waipoua Forest Camp was a fantastic place to camp and it was just down the road. Well worth the trip!
